Bama hasn't done enough to be considered one of the top 4 teams ..SEC only has 8 Conference games for each team. while every other conference has 9 Conference games , SEC teams insert a FCS tuneup instead.. Bama had a very weak non conference schedule , which doesn't help either.. Hard to imagine they can stay in top 4 , while sitting idle on Championship weekend , while other 1 loss teams are boosting their resume with quality wins.. just doesn't add up ..
Some will say well Bama kicked Auburn's ass , while Oregon scheduled and lost to Auburn... that's the tiebreaker... Ducks-Auburn game was played in August ..Easily could have been a win. Ducks played that game without top 4 WR's... which should be a factor taken into account...
Clemson and Oklahoma's schedules were worse then Bama's.. IMO , Bama would get the nod over both of those teams.
